To submit an idea, please click the Submit New Idea button at the top of the navigation sidebar. You will then be asked to add a title and choose a campaign for the new idea. You will also have the option to add tags to the idea. To vote on an idea, simply click the up or down arrows to the right of the idea title/description. And to add a comment, click in the box below the idea.

If you would like to see all ideas created with a specific tag, you can click on the word or phrase via the tagcloud in the navigation sidebar area under "What we're discussing". You can also view ideas sorted by Campaigns from the right navigation area. To return to this page, click the All Ideas link.

What can we do to support the concept of hyperlocal (or community) sites?

Can we create a platform for them - or use existing tools? eg wikis, ideascale, etc

Scenario - visiting another authority/agency and you need a desk to work from but could also apply to authorities with several offices. An app on your work mobile identifies your geo-location and enables you to book resources (e.g. hot desk, video-conference) on the hoof. Democratic decision engine

I'm obsessed with the potential creation of a democratic decision engine - a modular tool that can be used to create agreed popular decisions amongst groups of any size, allowing groups to take on direct responsibility for choices that are currently made on their behalf by Boards, or representative individuals. This will prevent the co-opting of group identity by particular interests.
